These terms apply to the Sideline Hero app. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you download the app from the Apple App Store, these terms apply together with Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/); if the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.

1. The app

Sideline Hero helps coaches plan substitutions and track playing time and stats. It is a planning aid. You remain responsible for your coaching decisions, for your players' safety and welfare, and for following your league's and venue's rules.

2. Free version and ads

The app is free to download and use. The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy (https://sidelinehero.tommamakesthings.com/privacy).

3. Premium

Premium removes ads and includes new premium features as they're released. We may change which features are included, but we will not take away "no ads" from an active Premium purchase.

Annual subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically each year at the price shown at purchase unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Lifetime purchase. A one-time payment that unlocks Premium for as long as the app is offered for your platform, with no renewal.

Restoring. Purchases are tied to your App Store or Google Play account. Use "Restore purchases" in the app after reinstalling or on a new device signed in to the same account.

Refunds. Payments are handled by Apple or Google, and refund requests go through them under their policies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Your data

Your team, player and game data stays on your device. Our Privacy Policy explains what the ad and purchase services receive.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: don't attempt to bypass purchases, interfere with ads (for example, by generating fake ad taps), or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change or stop offering the app or any feature. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

7. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Some rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded, and nothing in these terms tries to exclude them.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
